About the Oaklawn Park Board
Members of the board are elected by Oaklawn Park homeowners at the annual meeting during the first week of every July. Being a member of the board is a voluntary position that receives no compensation. Serving on the board allows you to help shape, and hopefully improve, the Oaklawn Park community.
The board makes proposals for the budget, including HOA dues which are then brought to the community at the annual meetings that take place in July of each year.

The board selects and oversees the property managers for the community.

The board reviews and approves maintenance and services requests for the HOA responsible areas for the community.
​
The board enforces the rules of the neighborhood and looks for areas where improvements can be made to the look and functionality of the HOA maintained areas of the community.

The board members are in continual contact with each other through email discussion, through scheduled board meetings throughout the year, and at the annual board meeting every July.
