Passing of Charles Parker
The Oaklawn Park board is sad to say that longtime resident and former HOA board member, Charles Parker, has recently passed away. Charles did much to contribute the the Oaklawn Park community, and remained on the HOA board as recently as February 2025. Our thoughts are with is family and friends at this time. Snow Removal: January 24/25, 2026
Please remember no parking is allowed in Oaklawn Park streets. This is even more important during snow fall as snow removal cannot be done successfully with cars parked in the way of snow removal. Stolen Winter Lights

Winter Lights 2025/2026

Great Water Leak
Unfortunately, we've had a significant neighborhood water leak. This leak happened under the concrete driveways of 2616 and 2618 East Oaklawn Court. This was not an internal leak within their townhomes but a water leak for the entire neighborhood's water supply. The way our water works is that the city bills us each month for the total water use of all Oaklawn Park units. That total is then divided up and billed to each unit.
