Power Washing Outside Walls

It is a personal priority of mine to get the outside walls of our buildings in Oaklawn Park power washed as early in this spring as possible. Our walls have begun to get grimy again with mold/mildew/fungus, and I'm hoping we can get that cleared off as spring starts to bloom. I would like to have the backdrop of our flowering trees and plants to be clean, shiny townhome walls. Focus is working on making that happen. Just know that I see the grimy walls, I don't like it, and I would like to get that taken care of ASAP.
