October 2026 Board Meeting

For our October board meeting, the following were present:

Kyle Thompson of the Board

Tracee Lutes of the Board

Dave Underwood of the Board

Suzanne O'Connell of Focus Property Management

• We discussed next steps for attempting water leak detection.

• We discussed for more than one hour the 2027 budget options and proposals. We reviewed 2026 expenses and various versions of a 2027 budget. Plans and options will be shared with owners at the special owners meeting on November 5 for owner input and decision making.

• We discussed evergreen tree replacements along Sare Rd for those that have been lost.
