Join the Water Usage Subcommitee

As discussed in the 2026 annual meeting, the Board in August formalized a subcommittee to review the water usage for the community and help to solve the potential water leaks. If you have concerns about Oaklawn Park water usage and the billing that is resulting, this is your way of helping solve the problem. Concerned? Help by joining together with your community members to put your minds together to come up with potential solutions. A chairperson of the committee will then share those with the Board and Focus Property Management for discussion and any actions that are agreed to bet taken.
