Special Owners Meeting: November 5, 2026

As owners were notified by Focus Property Management, there is a special owners meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 5, 2026. For details of meeting time and link to join, please reference communications from Focus.

The meeting will be to discuss these two topics:

1) Status of search for water leaks within neighborhood with the goal of repairing them and reducing water bills.

2) The 2027 budget. Information and recommendations will be presented. Owners are encouraged to attend for the discussion and decision making process. Owner voting may be required to establish a budget; those in attendance will have their voice and vote in the process.
