2026 Annual Meeting & Need of Board Members

Dear Oaklawn Park Owners,
Our annual meeting is Thursday, July 2, 2026. The exact time and meeting details will be sent to you by Focus Property Management.
Please consider both attending and putting your name forward to join the HOA board. If interested in running for the board, please contact Focus to put your name in nomination prior to the annual meeting.
Oaklawn Park will only function with a dedicated board whose members have an interest in maintaining and improving our community. Your property value depends upon this. Even more importantly, for those of you who live in the community, your quality of life depends upon this. Whether the board functions or not makes a difference of whether you live in a nice neighborhood with a well maintained home where you can enjoy your surroundings or whether you live in an unkempt, dysfunctional area with your home falling apart and weeds in the streets.
If you have any interest in helping create a nice community where kids can be proud to bring their friends, where you can walk out your door and see a park-like neighborhood, and where your property value is protected, please join the board to help make that happen.
If you are good with budget managing and book keeping, the board is especially looking for you!
Like good record keeping? The board can use your services!
Have a project you really want the board to focus on achieving? The only real way to do that is to join the board.
Currently the board meets once every 6 weeks (last year it was once a month), and the board meets online. Board meetings are typically about 1 hour in length. The board sets the goals for the neighborhood and the property manager puts those actions into place.
