July Meeting To Elect Directors

• Kyle Thompson was elected President.

• Dave Underwood was elected Secretary.

• Tracee Lutes was elected Vice President and Treasurer.

• We are still openly calling for more owners to join the 2026-2026 Board. If interested, please contact Focus Property Management. The sitting board can vote to add new members.

• We discussed the just repaired water leak.

• We discussed ongoing tree trimming.

• We discussed gutter repair.

• We discussed mowing/weed trimming in limited common areas around patios.

• We discussed landscaping plans for in front of each townhome building.

• We discussed fall 2026 planting of evergreens along Sare Road to replace the ones removed/being removed.

• We discussed possibly adding a new water faucet for HOA use (such as watering new plants or power washing).

• We discussed the crooked utility marker in front of our entrance sign
