Garbage Pick Up Service: Changing to 5 Days Per Week (From 3)

The board has been working since October 2023 to change our garbage pick up from 3 days a week to 5 days a week. PMI has just informed us that we will start 5 day per week pick up service as of Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

This will be a new service company, so there will be a changing of the dumpsters. It SHOULD work that the old service will remove theirs and the new service will be there to add their new dumpsters without interruption. Should.

PLEASE REMEMBER DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TRASH OUTSIDE OF THE DUMPSTERS. Place all items INSIDE of the dumpster. The garbage services DO NOT take anything left outside of a dumpster. Instead, we have to pay someone to pick it up separately. We pay thousands of dollars a year due to people leaving items outside of the dumpsters. This means you pay higher HOA dues/rent because of people leaving trash/items outside of the dumpsters.
