July 2, 2024 Annual Meeting

This is a reminder that the Oaklawn Park Annual HOA meeting will be taking place on July 2, 2024 at 6:00 PM US Eastern Time.

Official invitations/notifications to the meeting are sent by the Oaklawn Park property managers, PMI Meridian. PMI should also be sending out a copy of the proposed 2025 budget along with that invitation.

The 2024 meeting on July 2 will be held as an online meeting. There will be a goal to offer for the 2025 meeting an in-person option.

The July 2 meeting will include the election of new board members and a discussion of the proposed 2025 budget as well as updates about the current status of Oaklawn Park projects/plans.

Votes for the board and budget can be cast by the owners of Oaklawn Park townhomes.
