2026 Board Meeting Dates

The currently planned board meeting dates for 2026 are as follows (at 6:00 PM Easter Time on each date):

January 22

March 5

April 16

May 28

July 2 (Annual Meeting)

August 13

September 24

November 5

December 17.

If you are the owner of a townhome in Oaklawn Park and wish to join a board meeting, please notify Focus so that they can get to you the meeting link. The board meets online. If you do not have access to meet online, please let Focus know. We will make arrangements that will allow you to join.

Since Focus Property Management began managing the neighborhood, they have been very proactive in meeting neighborhood needs. The board believes we can plan to meet every 6 weeks in 2026 (rather than once a month). If at any time the board determines we need to change back to once per month, we will update the schedule for that purpose. Notification will be made here of any updates.
