Oaklawn Park will have a change in property management as of April 1, 2025. PMI Meridian will continue to manage Oaklawn Park through March 31, 2025. As of April 1, we will be transitioning to Focus Property Management.

All parties have agreed to work together to make this transition as smooth as possible. We thank both PMI Meridian and Focus Property Management for making this happen.

Please note that the 2nd quarter dues will be managed through Focus Property Management so please keep that in mind before submitting any 2nd quarter dues to/through PMI.

Our main contact with Focus will be Suzanne O'Connell. The following is from the Focus Property Management website regarding Suzanne.

Suzanne O’Connell is a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker with a passion for client success, customer service, management, operations and organization.
