Collections of Unpaid Dues/Fees - Axela

While it is not something the board would like to do, we are signing a contract with an agency for collecting unpaid HOA dues and other associated unpaid HOA fees. The name of the agency is Axela, so if you have unpaid HOA accounts you should expect to be contacted by a collections agency with that name.

If you would like to avoid having your account go to a collections agency, please work with PMI right away to get your Oaklawn Park HOA accounts up to date.

There are many thousands of unpaid fees/dues to the HOA, and we are in need of that funding to work on finishing new roofing and maintaining the roads in the neighborhood.
