Kids' Hideout

Just a note that Kyle (HOA president) and Focus Property Management are aware of some items such as chairs and furniture within the clump of trees just south of the neighborhood entrance. We've reviewed the area, and have determined that this is the hideout of our neighborhood's children as they play in the neighborhood. There were some concerns expressed that this may be an adult living/sleeping there. It appears to be instead a hangout space for our neighborhood's younger kids.
