New 2024-2025 HOA Board

At the July 2, 2024 annual meeting, at least two of the 5 board positions were open. Kyle Thompson's two year position of president of the board ended. David Ma resigned from the board, and that position was open. The board is not limited to 5 positions; that has been the maximum number of people we could get to participate on the board.

Continuing on the board with no changes:

• Charles Parker, Vice President

• Dave Underwood, Secretary

Continuing on the board with a new position:

• James Kellar, Treasurer

Returning to the board this year (most recently on the board 2022-2023):

• Nova Kien

Reelected to the board:

• Kyle Thompson, President

The board was open for additional positions and Kyle would have welcomed someone new to run for and take the role of president of the board. However, attendance of the annual meeting included only the 2023-2024 board members and three neighborhood condo owners.

If you wish to participate on the board, please join the July 2025 annual meeting and stand for election to the board! The board is always looking for those who are willing to serve the neighborhood.
