New Trees for Oaklawn Park!

We are looking forward to the addition of over 40 new trees to Oaklawn Park in an effort of beautification of your neighborhood! Bloomington Landscape Construction LLC is tentatively planning to add the trees to the week of May 20, 2024 (weather permitting). We hope to add spring and fall colors to the neighborhood and eventually some more shade as the trees grow. This is an improvement we hope will keep on making Oaklawn Park a better place to live for decades to come.

You will be seeing utility flags appearing to help prevent any utility lines being damaged during the tree planting. You will also see flags marking the locations of new trees. Please do not move or remove any of these markers.

They will also be updating the landscaping in front of one of our condo buildings as a template for continuing to make updates to the landscaping of additional units in 2025. This year's updates will likely be made for the building including addresses for South Oaklawn Circle townhouses 3537, 3539, and 3941.
