Potholes

The last big snow and deep freeze did a number on our roads. We'll be having someone out to get those filled as soon as PMI can get the services here to get that done.

In the larger picture, the board believes we will need to shift our plans from starting to have road resurfacing done in 2025 to a later time. This is due to the need to get some larger number of roofs replaced in the neighborhood this year than we had originally planned in the budget. We had some leaks in roofs that were not even next on the schedule for replacement, so that means we likely have others that can no longer wait.
