Quarterly Dues Error In 2025 Dues Booklets

Hello, Oaklawn Park. You should have received through our property managers, PMI Meridian, the 2025 dues booklets. There was an error in those as sent out to you by PMI.

At the 2024 annual meeting we had established that there would be a dues increase for 2025 of $9 per month for an increase of $27 per quarter.

The booklets sent out had an increase listed of $9 per quarter. This is an error. The increase for the quarterly payment should be $27 (rather than the $9 listed).

We will be working with PMI for the next steps regarding how PMI will correct this error.

If taking action to pay your first quarter dues for January 2025, please keep in mind that the 2025 dues per quarter will be as follows:

For townhomes with garages: $434.00

For all other townhomes: $394.00.
