Road Resurfacing - Where Are We?

At the 2023 annual board meeting we set created as part of a budget item money set aside for road resurfacing in the neighborhood. The goal was to then have the funds for conducting that road resurfacing in 2025. That is still a goal of the board. It has come with its challenges. We set the amount to collect in the 2024 budget as $55,000 for road repair. 2024 is turning out to be an expensive year with many maintenance requests in the neighborhood. Though PMI has reported reaching out to multiple contractors who provide such services to get more concrete bids for services/costs, we've not been receiving responses. Please keep in mind as you look at our roads, this topic first came up at any annual meeting in 2023. That plan was for resurfacing activities to take place in 2025. That is still the goal for which the board is working.
