The Attention of the Board: Future Oaklawn Park

The Board has many items to be addressed for the neighborhood within our limited budget realities. As of May 2024, here are some of the items the board would like to be able to address:

• Continued roof replacements

• Resurfacing the roads/parking lots

• Replacing overgrown and dying landscaping

• Concerns about the units for which the HOA maintains the decks

• Sidewalk repair/completion (including the incomplete sidewalk at the entrance)

• Finalizing fiber internet placement into the neighborhood

• Dumpster area beautification/merging the recycling dumpster into a unified area with a trash dumpster (north side of property)

• Door and window replacements (how many?)

• Damage to siding (holes, cracks, chipped areas)

• General maintenance of structures

• Repainting of entry sign/wooden street name signs

• Garbage overflow (items not put into dumpsters/overfilled dumpsters)

• 2025 budget
