Trash Belongs INSIDE the Dumpsters

Dear Oaklawn Park Residents,

Please Do Not Place Garbage Outside of Dumpsters.

Do not put furniture, mattresses, or other items, large or small, next to or outside of the dumpsters.

All items, including furniture and mattresses, need to be placed INSIDE of the dumpsters.

The garbage trucks DO NOT touch or pick up items left outside of the dumpsters. The HOA has to pay for each of those items to be taken away separately. For items such as mattresses and furniture, this can cost $100 or more per item. That increases your own HOA dues and rent.

If this continues, the HOA will need to increase the costs of HOA dues again (which if you are renting, will also increase your rent) to pay for the costs of residents leaving trash outside of the designated trash containers.

The areas between the dumpsters and the surrounding fences are NOT places to leave your trash.

Do not increase our dues and rents by leaving your trash outside of the dumpsters. Please do not trash your own neighborhood.
