Trash in Dumpster Please | Don't Trash the Neighborhood

You will notice that the garbage dumpsters have changed, and that is because we've moved to a new company that will be providing pick up service five days each week (previously we had three day a week service). We hope this helps to create a cleaner, more enjoyable neighborhood for everyone. 

Important: Please do not leave garbage/furniture outside of the dumpsters. All trash and discarded furniture needs to be placed INSIDE of the dumpsters. The space between the dumpster and the surrounding fence is not a trash can.

The previous and current garbage services do not take away trash you leave outside of the dumpsters.

Anything left outside of the dumpsters has to be picked up separately and the HOA has to pay extra for each of those items. For many items such as furniture, this can cost the HOA $100 or more to pick up individual items of trash left outside the dumpster. If this continues, we will need to increase HOA dues to cover these additional costs.

If you would like to give someone the opportunity to have your discarded furniture, there are Facebook groups for doing so or charity organizations to which the furniture can be given.
