Upcoming Improvements (Summer 2025)

The board has approved and Focus Property Management is coordinating and putting into place all of the following.

• Road resurfacing at the entryway to the neighborhood. There will also be some additional road repair happening at the areas of most need. This will happens as soon as the contractor is able to begin.

• Replacement of the street sign at the entrance of the neighborhood. This is under active constructions and will be installed as soon as the contractor is able to do so.

• Replacement of the last 6 original roofs in the neighborhood. That should begin next week weather permitting.

  
  

• Completing the dead end sidewalk toward the entrance of the neighborhood. The sidewalk coming in on the south side of the street currently just dead ends into the grass. That will be finished into an accessible connection to the street. This will be done along with the road repair.

• The trees that did not survive last year's new tree planting are scheduled to be replaced by the end of June, weather permitting.
