Yet Another Property Management Contact Change

We have been notified by PMI that Sarah is no longer with them, and our new contact with the Oaklawn Park board is Mick Wise. Samantha is still with PMI who manages more of the unit owner requests. Every time we've had a new Property Management contact, the board has had to nearly start all over all discussions/work we'd previously had ongoing with the management company. This has happened multiple times over the last two years, and each time it sets us back in being able to get things done/make any progress. We are much further behind in what we want to do than where we would want to be due to this frequent turnover. The board will be continuing our evaluation of how we can best get to the community the services we need to maintain and improve Oaklawn Park.
