Stolen Winter Lights
Well, someone stole a set of our neighborhood owned winter lights right from one of our trees along Sare Rd. If you notice a tree that is missing half of its lights, that would be the reason why. They did not burn out. They are just gone. Kyle Thompson

Winter Lights 2025/2026
Our neighborhood winter lights are up by the entrance sign and in the pine trees along Sare Rd. south of the entrance. The lighted (fake) birch trees are a new addition at no cost to the HOA (donated by HOA President). Happy winter to everyone in Oaklawn Park! Kyle Thompson

November 2025 Board Meeting

Great Water Leak
Unfortunately, we've had a significant neighborhood water leak. This leak happened under the concrete driveways of 2616 and 2618 East Oaklawn Court. This was not an internal leak within their townhomes but a water leak for the entire neighborhood's water supply. The way our water works is that the city bills us each month for the total water use of all Oaklawn Park units. That total is then divided up and billed to each unit.
